HOW TO REQUEST COUNSELING

Free, confidential business counseling from SCORE is available to any small business entrepreneur, whether just starting up a business or working to improve an existing small business. The only requirement prior to receiving counseling is your completion of the Counseling Information Form which is presented on the following page. Be sure to complete all sections of the form. Some items (marked with a red letter R) must be completed for the application to be processed. If you have any questions regarding the completion of the form, please call our Chapter Office Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 12 Noon (except for holidays) and ask the Duty Counselor for help. 928-778-7438 or 800-410-2260

After you complete the form, simply click on the “Submit” button and it will be emailed directly to our Chapter Office. You will receive a call within 48 hours from the Management Counselor who is assigned to assist you.

You can also receive COUNSELING OVER THE INTERNET. In this case, your request goes through our National organization who will assign a counselor with experience directly in line with your assistance request. Simply go to: www.score.org and complete the section “Ask SCORE for Business Advice.”
