BECOME A SCORE MANAGEMENT COUNSELOR

One of the most personally rewarding experiences is successfully helping an aspiring small business owner start his or her new business, or to assist an existing small business become more profitable and expand.

Our SCORE Management Counselors provide free confidential business counseling to start-up and existing small business entrepreneurs. Those who enjoy making presentations to small groups are enlisted to conduct our Workshops. Other activities include: Office Duty (usually once or twice a month); and assisting a member of the Executive Committee in his area of responsibility (Executive Committee members are elected by the membership and have responsibilities such as: Membership, Outreach, Advertising, Workshops, Fund Raising, Secretary and Treasury Functions, and Webmaster). Most often, those assisting an officer take over that position in the following year.

If you are a business man or woman who would enjoy helping small businesses succeed, you should contact the SCORE Office, specifically the Vice Chair – Membership and ask him to provide you with more information about the Northern Arizona SCORE Chapter. It will be rewarding!
